Posted: 22-Jun-22 Location: Coon Rapids, Minnesota Salary: Open Internal Number: 1788 Location: Coon Rapids, MN Full/Part Time: Full Time Employment Condition: Unlimited Job Description: The aligned Financial Aid Office of Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Anoka Technical College is focused on providing excellent student-centered service while maintaining compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations. The Financial Aid Officer is responsible for assisting the Director of Financial Aid in administration of financial aid programs, advanced processing, and providing complex information and services to external customers (including all citizens and private/public organizations) in person, electronically, or over the phone. In this position, you will advise students on various application processes, program selection, course registration, eligibility requirements, and participate in enrollment services or financial aid functions. You will participate in orientations, open houses, and represent Financial Aid at outreach events both on and off campus. This position is in the aligned college's Financial Aid Office. The aligned colleges have three campus locations: Anoka, Cambridge, and Coon Rapids. The successful candidate's home campus will be on the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Rapids campus but may be required to work on any of the three campuses, as needed. Required Qualifications:

About Anoka-Ramsey Community College
Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) is a multi-campus institution and a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. The Coon Rapids Campus is located on the banks of the Mississippi River twentymiles north of downtown Minneapolis. The Cambridge Campus is located on west Highway 95 on the Rum River in Cambridge. Beginning in 1965 with 600 students in a wing of Centennial High School in Circle Pines, Anoka-Ramsey Community College has grown considerably. In 1967 the college moved to the current Coon Rapids Campus of approximately 103 acres. The Cambridge Campus opened in 1978 and has shown consistent growth in enrollment and facilities. In addition, students may complete many ARCC college courses at convenient off-site locations throughout neighboring communities. During the 2008-2009 academic year, more than 11,000 students completed credit classes at the college.
