Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and technologically savvy Human Resources Specialist to manage the college’s HRIS. As our HR Specialist, your role will include maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports and analytics, assisting with system upgrades, and supporting compensation analysis, job evaluations, and salary administration. The systems that the college utilizes are Paycom and Workday.

Remote Work:
This is a hybrid position that has a combination of duties that allow for a partial remote/flexible schedule with some tasks requiring a physical campus presence.

What you will get to do:

• Work on a small team with an emphasis on innovation and creativity with a strong commitment to the College’s mission of preparing our students for the better performance of life’s duties
• Manage HR data & processes including:
  • Entering & maintaining employee data
  • Generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports
  • Overseeing the student worker employment processes
  • Processing scheduled earnings for adjunct and overload instructors
  • Training employees on new processes and onboarding new HRIS users

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Analytics or related field (with 2+ years’ related experience) OR;
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration, compensation, or other related HR functions 

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting. 
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and experience with reporting tools.
