Job DescriptionThe student worker paraprofessional in the TREC Program at Minneapolis College will provide individual and group support to justice impacted students at the college in order to improve student performance, retention and course success. This position will provide support as needed.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Provide assistance with navigating and connecting with resources/support for housing, employment, food, and transportation from community organizations and agencies.In collaboration with TREC team, assist with leading success workshops,Ensure students are following proper procedures for equipment/materials usage.Provide expertise for commonly requested non-course content assistance such as D2L.Minimum QualificationsMust be enrolled in a post-secondary or
