Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions, this position serves as a key member of the recruitment and enrollment team. The individual is responsible for building positive, professional relationships with prospective and admitted undergraduate students. This team member will meet regularly with prospective/admitted students and their families and is expected to effectively communicate the benefits of a UWRF experience. Extensive travel is required, especially during the fall and spring recruitment seasons. This person needs excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Accuracy, attention to detail, follow-through, and reliability are extremely important in this position. This position is a fixed term, academic staff appointment for three years. There is potential for this position to become a renewable appointment at the end of the three-year appointment if budget permits.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Skilled communicator (oral and written), with success in developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Organization and attention to detail, with an ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one
Bachelor's degree from UWRF or strong familiarity with UWRF programs and services
Experience working in higher education, Admissions or related field
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new and changing technology in enrollment management
