This position manages the day-to-day office operations and provides overall administrative support to the Deans, Dept. Chairs, faculty and staff for the Colleges of Health & Wellness, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine and Chiropractic. This position is also responsible for the coordination of administrative activities within the academic programs for which they are assigned. This position is responsible for the administration of data and student information in compliance with FERPA and all other rules and regulations pertaining to it.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible opportunity. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend hours. There is flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintains efficient daily administrative operations for the Colleges of Health & Wellness, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, and Chiropractic
Provides administration of academic operations
Provides administrative support and guidance
Associate's degree or two-year program in office management or related field required or equivalent related experience
3-5 years experience in an administrative role, academic setting preferred
Handles confidential information and discussions professionally.
Compassion and respect for students, patients, their families, and team members.
Highly effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Established skills in planning and managing multiple diverse projects and agendas.
Critical systems thinking and problem-solving skills and experiences.
Multi-cultural and diversity sensitivity.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite of software.
