The Textbook Services Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of Textbook Services to provide learning resources to students in all formats that support the UW-River Falls curriculum. This position establishes and implements policies and procedures to allow for effective operation of the Textbook Services' rental and resale operations; manages purchasing, accounting, licensing, and inventory control for all of Textbook Services' instructional materials; works with faculty to provide access to instructional resources in all formats; and supervises staff. Salary range will be from $48,000 to $58,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs

Experience with acquisition of instructional materials
Demonstrated knowledge of the book trade industry, including present and emerging instructional content delivery methods that affect the industry
Experience with an online inventory control system
