Reporting to the Director of Production, the COVID-19 Safety Supervisor (CSS) will be responsible for monitoring student activities during evening and weekend space use. The CSS will be trained in best practices for COVID-19 mitigation techniques and will oversee student production work to ensure safe practice.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT: 95%
Incumbent would be present as scheduled by Associate Director of Production for evening and weekend oversight of events and activities in the Theatre Program spaces. CSS is responsible for enforcing COVID-19 mitigation practices and training for student workers and production participants. CSS will have authority to amend production designs and activities to meet University and program policy. SOA will provide COVID safety training.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED: 5%
Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years experience, required. Experience in theatre and rehearsal process required. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate conflict and find solutions desired.
