In partnership with the Executive Director of NEP, the CHHS Director of Development, and the CHHS Annual Giving Officer, the ADO will lead the expansion of existing fundraising efforts ($450K/year from +/-1,000 donors) and transform them into a high-caliber, high-ROI program that reflects NEPâs unique culture, mission, goals, and strategic plan.
