The Administrative and Financial Assistant is part of the Science Education Resource Center (SERC) office administrative team and provides administrative support to the staff and the National Associate of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) Executive office.
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Financial & Administrative Director on processing reimbursements, travel stipends, and payment of invoices and also assist with reports and invoices for the quarterly reconciliation. They will also assist the administrative staff in implementing workshop and meeting logistics.
This is a full-time (0.80 FTE) non-exempt, regular, benefit-eligible staff position.
