This position supports the daily operations for the Professional Education Division Curriculum Operations in providing excellent customer service to faculty, students, and staff in the College of Pharmacy and serves as a course coordinator for a portfolio of professional courses for the College.
Manage semester timelines
In partnership with course directors, participate in the development and delivery of courses and learning labs
Review course syllabi and provide assistance with creating/updating syllabi
Coordinate cohort planning meetings.
Manage semester exam procedure process and final exam schedule
Coordinate development of standard operating procedures/explanatory materials and other learning aids for faculty, teaching assistants, and staff.
Provide Canvas support to faculty, TAs, and staff
Manage and update student Google calendars
Serve as the DRC Lead-Manage the Disability Resource Center (DRC) portal when issues arise with the DRC.
PLC Course Support
Act as course coordinator for a portfolio of assigned courses
Coordinate course preparations
Ensure timely delivery of course communications, course logistics and release of learning materials
Monitor student and participant progress in courses
Lead course closure
Monitor course delivery and customer service processes
Support instructors and presenters in updating and creating content
Serve as first point of contact for PLC courses-check, answer and triage email accounts and main telephone line
Assist the Director and Associate Dean in the development of the professional program curriculum schedule. Assist with providing ongoing analysis of schedule and provide input for efficiencies.
Administrative support for special events PED
Assist with curriculum processes and provide information necessary for the College of Pharmacy’s accreditation process.
Salary range- $48,000- $53,000 or depending on qualifications
All required qualifications must be documented on application materials
BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 6 years
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work within and across teams
Demonstrated ability working in a dual campus program.
Previous experience working in a large, complex department/organization
Experience with database management programs, web management, and web portals
