Anoka Technical College is seeking a full-time instructor to join our outstanding Welding program! We are seeking an individual who has a passion for teaching and committed to student success.
Educational Requirement: Diploma in welding.
Occupational Experience Requirement: Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in welding.
Recency Requirement: One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.

Full-time instructor salaries currently range from $39,212 – $84,192 annually on the basis of education and experience. Salary schedule placement is determined in accordance with the 2019 – 2021 Master Agreement between the Minnesota State Board of Trustees and the Minnesota State College Faculty. Adjunct faculty members who teach fewer than five (5) credits per semester will be compensated at a per credit rate.
