Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Procurement and Payment Specialist for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The Temporary Procurement and Payment Specialist will perform a variety of purchasing and payment support related activities, such as:
Review and approval of Payment Requests
Review and approval of Expense Reports
Enter PO vouchers in NUFinancials; process Depository Services refunds
Process Purchase Order Change Requests
Monitor the University Fax Server (Purchase Order Distribution System)
Review and Approval of assigned financial system transactions
Ad Hoc Reporting
Also, provides general customer service to campus.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Diligent and can work independently
Experience working with confidential information
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
