North Hennepin Community College, one of the largest and most diverse two-year colleges in Minnesota seeks an experienced professional to serve as an Unlimited, Full-time, Guided Pathways Coordinator - First Year Transitions (MnSCU Academic Professional 3).
This position provides leadership and project management to the Guided Pathways Student Success Teams, comprised of Division faculty, advisors and students. The GP Coordinator acts as the lead worker for each team and establishes operating procedures and processes, including: budget, Team outcomes, work plans, and provides work direction to other advisors on the Team. This position also leads retention initiatives impacting Pathway students and is responsible for leading data collection and analysis for Team activities and projects. Each coordinator will also specialize in one of four areas: Navigate-Student Success Management System, Satisfactory Academic Progress process, Retention Initiatives, and New Student Orientation/First Year Transitions.
Bachelor's degree required in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
Two or more years of relevant experience in student services, advising, and/or orientation.
Two or more years of project/program management experience.
Experience providing leadership and direction to other employees.
Experience working with technical programs like ISRS, Navigate, ImageNow, DARS, CMS systems
Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
At least two years' experience working with people with diverse perspectives and from diverse backgrounds.
At least one year of experience interpreting state and federal statutes and regulations to ensure compliance with all facets of a project/program.
Experience working with ISRS and EAB Navigate

Beginning Salary $24.03/hourly ($51,175/annually) - $35.24/hourly ($73,851/annually) depending on education and years of related experience. Salary range(s) are contractually set and not negotiable.
