Job responsibilities: We seek an outstanding scientist who has established a competitive extramurally funded lung research program, preferably related to injury, repair and/or regeneration in lung disease. The position offers startup support, a dynamic intellectual environment, state-of-the-art facilities, a competitive salary, and quality research space within the biomedical discovery district or other appropriate interdisciplinary research space. Excellent core facilities and support services are available. It is expected that this individual will have strong basic science collaborations with joint appointments and would participate actively in one or more basic science departments and in the mstp program.
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent in a relevant field of study, plus applicable postdoctoral or faculty experience. This individual should have active NIH funding or equivalent that can partially support their research.
