Researcher 5 will assist in the research in the area physics and modeling of nanophontonic devices based on 2-dimensional materials and their heterostructures. Researcher will design, plan, implement and evaluate complex, multifaceted research projects/systems remaining current on technological and scientific developments in this field and their potential application into experimental plans. This person will collect and analyze data, keep records, prepare papers to be published in journals, and abstracting. Additionally may assist with supervising research assistants, assist in development, interpretation and implementation of policies, assist with writing proposals, assist in developing of new procedures and techniques, guidelines and procedures related to this research.
Qualifications: PhD in Physics, Materials Science or related field. 1 year of research training.
