Responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Undergraduate Nursing; coordinate information flow between students, faculty, administrators, internal college departments and outside agencies. Develop, manage, maintain, and support the administrative, regulatory, and assessment activities and processes associated with the Department of Undergraduate Nursing.
- Three years job-related experience. - Demonstrated ability to work within a team. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Cultural competence in effectively working with a diverse population. - Understanding of and willingness to embrace the Benedictine values. - Ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a large number of varying tasks. - Computer skills required: MS Word, MS Excel and email. - Basic office skills required: keyboarding, filing and answering telephones.
