Carleton College’s Office of College Communications is seeking a full-time Client Lead for Development and Alumni Affairs to join its creative team. The Client Lead works closely with clients and the Director of Creative Strategy to establish and implement the annual marketing strategic plan for the Offices of Development and Alumni Affairs, including setting clear objectives, identifying key audiences and messages, understanding which messages are most compelling, and leveraging traditional and digital communication channels.
The Client Lead will possess advanced verbal and written skills, analytical thinking, personal organization and interpersonal dynamics, and a clear understanding of marketing communications. This is a full-time year-round position.

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree, plus five to ten years professional experience in a related field. Qualified candidates must have exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, a capacity for managing multiple projects, good organizational skills, and an ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Preferred: Experience in both print and digital media, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
