The Office of Information Technology is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support software testing for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The position requires previous QA experience in an enterprise SDLC environment.

Lead test planning meetings, test case reviews, user acceptance testing sessions, and defect management discussions.
Ensure that the identity management (IDM) system is secure, stable, and functional.
Design and implement software testing strategies that follow software testing best practices.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and/or automated scripts for all steps in the software testing process.
Automate manual test cases when possible, and work with developers to integrate them into the SDLC processes.
Manage defects; follow up and ensure that all defects are remediated.
Coordinate testing with other team members, subject matter experts, and end users.
Effectively track and communicate testing status and defects.
Assist with incidents and monitor incident patterns to analyze, determine, and resolve root causes to problems.

Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of software quality assurance experience or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with testing automation.
Experience with the design and execution of software testing strategies for an enterprise system.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with IAM governance products (Oracle Identity Management, SailPoint).
Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
Experience with tools such as HP Quality Center and HP UFT/QTP.
Experience in a large, complex organization such as a higher education institute.
