Assists in carrying out the affiliation agreement lifecycle from initial request to execution in accordance with all relevant policies and standards.
Evaluates affiliation agreement requests to determine required action based on Graduate Medical Education (GME) office procedures.
Prioritizes affiliation agreement requests and inquiries for review by Accreditation Consultant & Project Manager to expedite for processing.
Maintains affiliation agreements databases and ensures timely, accurate and thorough tracking.
Develops reports on affiliation agreement status.
Supports internal and external agreements points of contact in their use of systems and tools.
Conducts analysis and makes recommendations to improve inefficiencies and effectiveness of contract management operations.
Performs duties related to the contracting process as assigned.

Special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Facilitates and coordinates accreditation related meetings.
Cross coverage of team members.
