The Division of Hematology-Oncology program invites applications for an academic track position at the rank of Assistant Professor.
The successful applicant will participate in research and educational activities and interact with postdoctoral fellows and graduate trainees. Priority programs for the division at this time include utilization of memory stem cells in the treatment of pediatric cancers but qualified candidates with other research interests in pediatric oncology are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of immune based therapies is strongly preferred.
Specific clinical duties will include inpatient clinical service of 4 weeks during the period July 1, 2018 – August 31, 2019; and outpatient service of one half-day clinic per week for 46 weeks.
Completion of a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology
Board certification or board eligibility in the subspecialty.
