Term faculty will be expected to teach introductory and/or upper division undergraduate courses and/or graduate-level courses, hold office hours and advise students, engage in an active program of scholarly research, and perform service and outreach appropriate for the rank of appointment.
The University of Minnesota Department of Economics invites applicatoins for part-time, temporary teaching positions for openings that may occur beginning Fall 2019 through Spring 2020 to teach courses that cannot be staffed by regular faculty or graduate students.
This posting does not constitute a posting for vacancies but establishes a pool of applicants should opening occur during the 2019-2020 acacdemic year. Applications will not be acknowledged upon receipt and will only be reviewed should openings occur. Appointments may be renewable based upon need, funding, and performance.
Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Economics or a closely-related field
