The Associate Director Reporting, Emerging Issues and Compliance will work directly with the Associate Treasurer as well as the team in Bursar and Student Debt Management offices to create the strategy, manage and implement the area’s response to the various new initiatives that have been announced as well as those that are still being discussed.
This position will coordinate and manage activities between the departments to ensure new initiatives are handled and implemented while maintaining our excellent financial and services metrics.
The Associate Director will also create, manage and implement new strategic reporting and compliance tools.
The position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to think outside the box and challenge the norm, the ability to work with the IT team to make our vision a reality, strong IT project lifecycle skills, a keen understanding of customer service, demonstrated leadership, and knowledge of Bursar/Collections or financial background.
