Provides professional support and administrative coordination as it pertains to the front desk for Department of Radiology’s research enterprise at the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR) and the Medical Discovery Team (MDT) for Optical Imaging Research. This position is highly visible, and is forward facing, and will provide technical support for the CMRR in the areas of scheduling, accounting (P-Card, ordering, and reconciling), as well as overall center support on day-to-day issues. This position will work closely within the CMRR’s administrative hub to provide expertise to support to the faculty, researchers, staff, and visitors within the building on a variety of duties and responsibilities.
Position will primarily work independently with day to day activities; and report to the Senior Office Supervisor at CMRR.

50% - Front Desk Coordination and Management
Prepare paperwork packets for both patients and subjects that are being scanned in the MRI’s here at CMRR.
Scheduling duties on Google Calendar, and CMRR Calendar
Answering phones and building wide paging
Issuing and maintaining parking passes
Mail delivery and signing for packages
Managing the guest lounge for visitors
Providing limited backup support to UMP Scheduler for Prior Authorizations for patients being scheduled on both PET/CT and MRI and in scheduling in the Epic System
50% - Administrative duties, building wide
Linens maintenance, for all research and clinical studies, both the stocking of clean linens and getting them ready for pick up for laundering
Ordering in Enterprise Financial System for both MDT and the Center for Clinical Imaging Research (CCIR)
Reconciling Purchasing Card (P-Card) as needed for purchases made by both MDT and CCIR
Candidate will need to be able to take advanced P-Card training reconciling and administering a departmental P-Cards for users.
Project coordination for recruitment and scheduling for MDT program
Working with MDT Lead and Lab Manager regarding project coordination for ongoing MDT related administrative emails and communications
Updating CMRR / CCIR brochures and some web content
Hourly Salary Range: $15.69 – $22.47

High School Diploma/GED and two years of related office and administrative experience.Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience.Computer experience required.
Experience with EPIC as well as complex scheduling systems (Google Calendar, EPIC, and internal calendars)
Demonstrated/documented ability to operate independently under general supervision.
Experience working with and ability to interact in a highly professional manner with principal investigators, researchers, patients, and research subjects in a collaborative clinical/research environment.
Experience prioritizing among competing deadlines, task, and projects.
Experience working with financial systems (EFS) as well as Google platform.
