The University of Minnesota, Department of Pediatrics, seeks an academic endocrinologist for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology.
The rank of this position is at the level of Assistant on the Academic Track.
Clinical responsibilities include pediatric weight management clinics, pediatric endocrine clinics, adult endocrine clinics and pediatric endocrine inpatient service. Research responsibilities include the development of an independent, extramurally-funded research program; participation in the teaching of medical students, graduate students, and university undergraduates; establishment of a well-defined research career that is self-supporting and well-integrated with other investigators within the Department and Medical School.
MD or DO and Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
Research training in the field of pediatric and adult obesity medicine.
