Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Residential Life & Housing, the Associate Director is responsible for the daily operation of the residential living experience for 500-800 undergraduate students, including the supervision of graduate Hall Directors (HDs) and Resident Assistants (RAs). On a team of four, s/he will also oversee the long range planning and implementation of Residential Life Processes including but not limited to writing and maintaining policies; staff hiring, training, and supervision.
This is a 12-month, live-in position, so regular business hours cannot define the typical work week.
